PGDM
Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a two year six trimester full time program with dual specialization. PGDM is an innovative and a dynamic program aims at training well groomed professionals to meet the entry level managerial professionals.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
 To offer a program that assures full coverage of the generally recognized “common body of knowledge” while emphasizing the development of sound methodological skills to foster decision making.
 To develop critical thinking and communication skills, thereby allowing our graduates to conduct research independently and be able to evaluate the work of others.
 To provide students with a curriculum that raises issues of ethics in business decision-making and emphasizes the global character of contemporary enterprises.
 To contribute to the broadly defined service area through consulting and training the corporate world.
 To enable the students to develop required soft skills to work in managerial positions successfully
 To expose students to various practical situations through case studies, field assignments, projects, industrial visits
 To enhance analytical and decision making skills of the students
 To provide students with cross functional orientation

SIT [Summer Internship Training] REPORT
Summer Internship Training- held in the Summer Vacation between first and second year PGDM program. The student shall be attached to a reputed organization for a period of six weeks during which the student makes an in depth study of various functional aspects of the organization and prepares a report of the same.

TRIMESTER-V

PGDM501 Project Dissertation and Viva Voce

During V Trimester the students will undertake a comprehensive study of a selected industry which is survey based. We prefer that the students take up Dissertation Projects that interest the companies where they have undertaken Summer Internships. The students thus, will be extending their relationship with the same organization and take up dissertation project that aligns the research needs of the company. The student will be devoting full time for this project as there is no course work in V Trimester.
