Applications are invited for
the posts of Professors, Assistant Professors and Lecturers
in the Faculty of Management Studies- Full Time and
Part Time
In the areas of Finance, Marketing,
Systems, HR, Accounts and International Business
Professors: A doctorate
degree with First Class Master’s degree in Business
Management with proven record of research experience
Should have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience
in teaching/industry out of which 5 years must be at
the level of Assistant Professor level.
The professors will be heading different
sectors like Marketing, Finance, HR and Systems and
are required to liaison with national level organizations
in brining research grants, schemes and promoting training
and consultancy activities. The institute will be providing
matching grants and infrastructure in strengthening
such initiatives. The institute will be setting up Centers
of excellence in the areas of Marketing, Finance, HR
in the next three years. The incumbent professors will
be preparing necessary blue-prints and road maps to
transform our vision into reality.
Assistant Professors:
A doctorate degree with First Class Master’s degree
in Business Management with proven record of research
experience Should have a minimum of 5 years of teaching
experience in teaching/industry at lecturer level.
Lecturers: First Class
Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration
with a minimum two years teaching experience.
Pay Scales: AICTE
pay scales with all allowances. Higher pay would be
considered in case of deserving candidates and pay protection
will be given in case of candidates wish to serve the
organization on deputation/lien from universities/IIMs
and other reputed institutions.
Applications are also invited from
retired persons/management trainers/consultants to associate
with the programs as Visiting/Guest faculty.
Placement Officer:
The applicant shall have at least three
years experience in placements division of a reputed
institute and willing to visit potential industrial
and business houses. The incumbent will be responsible
to provide Summer and Final placement support to all
PGDM students.
He/she has to identify pre-placement training needs
of students and coordinate relevant training to the
students.
Qualifications: A Master Degree in Management discipline
with HR /Marketing specialization
Persons with industrial experience and strong training
and HR orientation will be preferable.
Age: Below 45 Years
Salary: Commensurate with experience and will be the
best in the category of positions.
